Before embarking on the benefits of Kundalini Shakthi Ascension let us learn few basics about our physical body and energy body. Rishidev says, ‘you are not a human being but an Energy being with a Spiritual purpose’!
Human body is made up of approximately 70 to 100 trillion cells. Cells are made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of protons, electrons, and neutrons. And the protons and electrons are made up of quarks and gluons. Spinning of electrons produces electromagnetic field, hence we say our body is made up of energy.
Now let us see how these trillions of cells communicate with each other. Each cell continuously interacts through the process called electric potential or action potential. Hence the language of the cells for communication is electrical by nature.
How do we experience the world? We experience the world through our perceptions. Our perceptions are the interpretations of the brain. The brain receives information through sense organs in the form of electrical impulses. The sense organs gather information from the environment. They work as transducers so; it is very clear that you are electrical being.
When we inhale, in a second we lose 3 million red blood cells and in the next second same number of RBC is replaced! Over 10,000 chemical reactions take place every second, in every cell of our body. Scientists have found that when the cells communicate, the signals from the cells actually travel faster than the speed of light. This phenomenal function depends on the electrical energy produced by the cells called ACTION POTENTIAL. Therefore, humans are Chemical Beings.
Human sense organs have their own limitation; a typical human eye is capable of perceiving light at the wavelengths of 390 to 750 nanometres. The range of human hearing is about 20 to 20000 Hz. We fail to detect infrasound and ultrasound, infrared and ultraviolet, very high and low frequencies, X-rays, gamma rays, cosmic rays and other frequencies, but they do exist, and do affect our bodies hence, you are frequency being.
When you are going to your friend’s house, if somebody asks where are you going, what answer will you give? You say - I am going to my friend’s house. But if your friend has just passed on, and you are going to pay your final respects, at that moment if you are asked the same question, you say – I am going to see the ‘body’ of my friend. Once someone has passed on, we don’t usually mention their name, we don’t say I am on my way to see ……. (name of friend).
Why? Because when someone dies, the most vital part that made them who they are, has left them. That which has left is called as Soul or Atma.
According to Rishidevian theory, we call this as ‘Jiva’. Once the Jiva has left the body, there is no significance for the body, the physical body is just a vehicle used by the Jiva. So, you, in essence, are actually a spiritual being.
The ‘Mahavakyas’ or the great sayings of the Upanishads by the Advaitha school of Vedanta, explain the ageless wisdom and profound truths regarding Brahman, Jiva, and existence, and serve as a reminder of eternal truths in our quest for liberation. The Mahavakyas provide deep insights to help us awaken to our consciousness.
Prajnanam Brahma, Ayam Athma Brahma, Tat-Tvam Asi, Aham Brahmasmi - all these Mahavakyas indicate that you and the Supreme Reality are same.
According to the findings of Rishidev, ‘Jiva’, commonly known as the soul is present in our energy body, generally called ‘Aura’, which is like a mantle around our physical body. The ‘Anatomy of the Energy Body’ is the greatest revelation of Rishidev which systematically explains different parts or components of energy body, functions of each component, where the components are located, their features, colour, shape, size and how the physical body organs are connected to energy body, how any depletion or derangement in energy body affects the life of people posing as obstacles in life etc.,

Mooladhara chakra is the base of Shadadhara Chakras. Our inner potential, creativity, and productivity are programmed in the Mooladhara Chakra. It is the source of fundamental energy and it is the foundation.
Just as a strong foundation is required to construct a high-rise building, the strength of Mooladhara determines your growth in spirituality. Lord Krishna was proficient in 64 Kalas (arts or skills) because his Mooladhara Chakra was so empowered.
All of us have within us the latent potential of 64 Kalas, but to activate this inner potential, we need to prepare the base, i.e., the Mooladhara.
Mooladhara chakra has its own size, colour, shape, and protection layers. Moreover, Mooladhara should be aligned with other chakras and energy centres. For this, the Mooladhara should be rectified, cleansed, energised, and empowered.
Within the Mooladhara chakra, there are 108 triangular layers. The Kundalini is the 108th layer of the Mooladhara Chakra. In other words, 108th layer of the Mooladhara Chakra is known as ‘The Kundalini’. It is the seat for the ‘Shakthi’, the energy of Mahathripurasundari Devi to reside.
So, Kundalini is the seat and Shakthi is the energy of Mahathripurasundari Devi commonly referred to as Kundalini Shakthi!
Usually, when we study the Mooladhara chakra of people, they are found in the following shapes.

Kundalini Shakthi is known by many names, like, the Universal Energy, the great Cosmic Mother, Mata Tripurasundari, or the great creative force…but the simple fact is that it is a jackpot within each human being yet to be realized!
Unfortunately, many of us are not eligible to receive the energy of Mahathripurasundari Devi due to our improper lifestyles. Mooladhara chakra, its shape and size are also not appropriate to receive and open up to the force of the Kundalini Shakthi. As our Rishidev describes it, ‘the Mooladhara of a layman is like a dried-up mango, this has to be prepared by initial procedures to be ready to receive the powerful explosion of energy.
