1.Voluntary Donations
Contributions made as voluntary donations toward charitable or spiritual causes are non-refundable once processed successfully.
Technical Exceptions: In case of technical errors such as duplicate debits, excess charges, or payment drop-offs where the payment was deducted but not acknowledged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction with proof of payment.
2.Course & Event Registration Fees
Eligible Refunds: If a participant requests a cancellation for a paid course or workshop at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date, a full refund will be initiated.
Ineligible Refunds: No refund requests will be accepted after a course or event has commenced.
3.Refund Turnaround Time & Process
Upon approval, refund requests are submitted to our payment partner within 2 business days.
The money will be credited back to the original source (Netbanking account, card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the issuing bank's processing cycles (HDFC, SBI, ICICI, AXIS, etc.).
